His Excellency President William Ruto presided over the national launch of KEMFSED community grants during a ceremony attended by governors of the five counties of Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Tana River and Lamu at Liwatoni in Mombasa. The President presented a dummy cheque for 320 million shillings to the governors and representatives of the 142 groups awarded in the first round of KEMFSED grants for community projects.
